- To calculate accurate delivery ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival)

- When Location is Collected:
- Location tracking is only active when you explicitly enable it in the App
- Location may be collected while the App is in the foreground (when you're using the App)
- With your explicit "Always" permission, location may also be collected when the App is in the background to provide continuous tracking
- You can disable location tracking at any time through the App settings
- Location Permission:
- The App requests location permission before collecting any location data
- You will see a clear explanation of why location is needed before the system permission dialog appears
- You can choose to grant "While Using App" or "Always" permission, or deny location access
- You can change your permission settings at any time through your device settings
Location data is collected and transmitted securely to our servers for processing. We do not store your precise location history beyond what is necessary for delivery tracking and ETA calculation.

We take the security of your login credentials, email usage, and location data seriously. All data is encrypted during transmission and securely managed.

Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your location data:
- Google Maps Services: We use Google Maps API for address validation, route calculation, and map display. Google may process location data in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Location Services: Location data is processed through your device's native location services (iOS Location Services or Android Location Services).
We do not share your email, password, or location data with third-party advertising or marketing services. Location data is only shared as necessary for delivery tracking and customer communication purposes.
Responsibilities of Registered Companies
The companies that register with us via our web application are responsible for providing their users (employees, drivers, etc.) with login credentials (email and password) and maintaining the accuracy of their users' details.
Your Rights and Choices
Location Data:
- You have the right to enable or disable location tracking at any time through the App
- You can change location permissions through your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Location Services)
- You can choose to grant "While Using App" permission (foreground only) or "Always" permission (foreground and background)
- Disabling location tracking may limit certain features such as real-time ETA calculation and customer updates
Account Security:
As a user, it is your responsibility to keep your email and password secure. Please do not share your login credentials with anyone, and immediately report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to us.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated within the App, and the updated date will be noted at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after such updates will indicate your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
